Universities are expected to embed sustainability in their teaching, yet many instructors lack workable concepts and design tools. A new article in the Zeitschrift für Hochschulentwicklung presents the eight-hour online course Sustainability Education 101 and analyzes 21 course submissions from Regensburg and St.Gallen. The findings show which course elements instructors found supportive, where institutional limits lie, and what a short academic development format can and cannot achieve.
